16-09-25 Zyla is a gorgeous Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who has come to us from her breeder in search of a new start. She is a typical Cavalier who is gentle, easy to handle, and a little shy for now, but we are confident she will adapt to her new way of life in no time.

Zyla gets on wonderfully with her kennel friends and takes comfort in their company, so she will need a kind and confident resident dog in her new home to help guide her and give her the reassurance she needs. Like many of our dogs, Zyla has never lived in a home before, so she will need patient adopters who can help her learn about house training, lead training, and the everyday routines of family life.

During her vet check, a slight clicking was detected in her right patella. While this does not currently affect her mobility, her adopters should monitor it for any changes over time, as it will not be covered by insurance. Gentle exercise is recommended to help strengthen the area.

Zyla is a splendid girl who is ready for a calmer, more laid-back lifestyle, and she will make a loving and loyal companion to the lucky family who welcomes her home.
