  • Human family requirements

I would like a home filled with love and kindness!

  • Other pet requirements

I could live with other dogs or be an only dog but I haven't met cats yet.

  • House and garden requirements

I'd love a secure garden to run around and play in!

  • Out and about requirements

I’d enjoy one or two quiet walks a day and plenty of cuddle time.

  • Training needs

I’ve never lived in a home, so I need to learn housetraining and other basics.

  • Medical issues

I have been spayed and have had multiple rotten teeth removed.

Sadie is a beautiful Cocker Spaniel who came to us from a breeder, ready to leave her old life behind and start fresh. From the very beginning, she has shown us what a special little soul she is full of love, light, and joy. Sadie is one of those dogs who simply adores people; she wiggles her way straight into your heart the moment you meet her.

She thrives on closeness and will happily lean against your legs just to be near you, soaking up every bit of love and attention. Tummy rubs are her absolute favorite, and she’ll never say no to extra cuddles. Sadie is confident, affectionate, and full of life, she truly loves every moment and has a way of making everyone around her smile.

Out on her walks, she is a delight. She walks beautifully on the lead and looks forward to her daily adventures. She enjoys the company of other dogs, but she would also be perfectly content as the only dog in her new home, as long as she has people around for companionship. What matters most to Sadie is love and closeness, she just wants to share her life with someone who will never let her go again.

Like many of our dogs, Sadie has never lived in a home before, so she will need kind, patient adopters to guide her through house training and the basics of family life. But with her cleverness and eagerness to please, we are confident she will take it all in stride.

Sadie has a fatty lump on her chest and a tiny wart on her lip, neither of which our vets feel are concerning. She is also developing cataracts in both eyes, but this doesn’t dim her zest for life or her ability to love wholeheartedly. She has been spayed and has had multiple rotten teeth removed at the time of the procedure.

It’s hard to believe this wonderful girl is still waiting. Sadie is overflowing with love and is so ready to give her whole heart to a family of her own. She has been patient long enough, and it would break our hearts for her to spend another season without a home.

If you can open your heart to this sweet, cuddly, joyful little spaniel, please don’t make her wait any longer. Sadie is ready to be someone’s best friend, their shadow, their comfort and their forever.
