Nellie has come to us through no fault of her own after her much-loved owner, sadly facing ill health, had to make the heartbreaking decision to part with her.

She is currently sharing kennels with another, rather boisterous dog and has shown herself to be wonderfully tolerant. Nellie could happily live with a kind resident dog or as the only dog in the home, provided she has plenty of love and attention.

We’ve been told that Nellie is good with children and other dogs, and in the home she’s nothing short of an angel. As she has lived in a home, she is house clean and does walk on a lead, however, a few accidents may happen as she settles in. She is such a sweetheart, gentle, easy to handle, and always eager to please.

Understandably, Nellie is finding her new surroundings a little overwhelming, but her loving nature shines through. Having come from such a devoted home and now approaching her golden years, this special little lady truly deserves nothing less than the very best.
