02-10-25 Cotton is a sweet-natured little lady with a gentle and kind personality. She has come to us from a breeder and, while she may be a little shy and won’t come straight up to you in the kennel, it’s clear that she is happy to see people and enjoys their presence. Her quiet, thoughtful nature makes her a very special little dog who will thrive in a calm and loving environment.

Cotton would do best in a home with a similarly gentle and confident resident dog, who can help her feel secure and give her the reassurance she needs as she settles in. She is affectionate and soft-hearted, and with patience, understanding, and a little encouragement, she will quickly come out of her shell and show her loving personality.

She will need to learn the basics of life in a family home, including walking on a lead and house training, but with gentle guidance, she will pick these up quickly.

Cotton has come to us with lump on her right mammary gland that has been removed at the time of her spay as well as a luxation in the left patella that may improve with gentle exercise but her adopters will need to be aware as this will not be covered by insurance. She has had 1 rotten tooth removed.

This little lady has so much potential to become a devoted companion. She will bring calm, gentle companionship and quiet joy to her new family. Cotton is the kind of dog who will reward her owners’ patience and kindness with loyalty, love, and a serene, comforting presence.
