Evy
04-10-25 Evy is a nervous girl who has come to us from a breeder. She is a little touch sensitive and easily startled by noise so will need an adult only, calm and peaceful home where there is at least one other dog to be her friend and who will allow her to cuddle up with them for comfort and support if she wants to. Evy will watch what they do and then start to copy them which will help her with house training.
Evy loves to cuddle up in her bed with a soft duvet. She will need to learn about house training and how to walk on a lead but with time, love and patience Evy will gradually start to realise she is loved and there is nothing to fear and her adopter will be rewarded with a devoted forever friend.
Evy was initially examined by our vets, who believed she had cataracts. However, during a follow-up appointment while in foster, she was diagnosed instead with keratitis and has since completed a full course of treatment for it. She will require lifelong eye lubrication, and her adopters will need to follow up with their own veterinarian for any ongoing care she may require.
Evy has a travel document.
