Lottie
Lottie came to us to find her forever home after previously living outdoors on a farm. She found herself needing a new start after chasing kittens and cats, so she’s looking for a feline-free home this time around.
Since arriving, Lottie has made wonderful progress in her foster home and is beginning to show the gentle, loving girl underneath her initial worries. She now greets her foster family with a waggy tail and enjoys gentle fuss and affection from those she knows.
Lottie walks beautifully on the lead and loves her walks in quiet places where she can relax and enjoy her surroundings. Busy or noisy environments can still make her a little nervous, but with a calm, confident dog by her side she feels reassured and happy to explore. She is currently living with several other dogs and would do best in a home with at least one friendly, confident canine companion to help guide her and boost her confidence.
She has taken to home life remarkably well, Lottie has picked up house training quickly and prefers to toilet on her walks rather than in the garden. She travels well in the car, sleeps soundly through the night on her own bed in the bedroom, and settles nicely when left for short periods during the day.
Lottie is a quiet, gentle soul who thrives on calm reassurance. She will need a peaceful, patient home where she can continue to build confidence at her own pace. A kind resident dog and an understanding family will help her blossom fully into the happy, loving companion she’s clearly meant to be.
Lottie has had five teeth removed and has recovered beautifully. This sweet girl is ready to continue her journey and find the forever home she truly deserves.
