  • Human family requirements

I can live with dog-savvy teenagers who understand my needs.

  • Other pet requirements

I need a resident dog to help me feel safe. I've never met cats so I'm unsure!

  • House and garden requirements

I would like a secure garden to spend time in.

  • Out and about requirements

I’ve never been on walks before and will need a gentle introduction.

  • Training needs

I am in a foster home now so am learning all about home life and house training.

  • Medical issues

I have had 1 tooth extracted and am ready to find my forever home!

Lemon Drizzle has come to us from a breeder to find her forever home. When she first arrived she was very nervous, but she has started to settle in and come out of her shell. She is now in a foster home where she is doing very well and learning all about home life for the first time.

Lemon Drizzle's confidence is growing and she now loves snuggles on the sofa and will approach those she knows for fuss and attention.

She is wonderful with other dogs and relies on their company for comfort, so will need to have another kind resident dog in her new home to be her friend.

Before moving to foster, Lemon Drizzle had never lived in a home, but she has taken to home life very well and has been clean in the house so far, but does have plenty of access to the garden. She sleeps cleanly and quietly overnight in her crate and travelled well in her crate too.

Lemon Drizzle doesn't know how to walk on a lead or harness just yet, but once she has settled in further she will begin practicing.

She would be best suited to a home without young children, so that she can relax and settle into her new surroundings, without too much hustle and bustle.

She has had 1 tooth extracted at the time of her spay.

Lemon Drizzle has been given the Gift of Life by Shirley Bourne
