16-10-25 Beautiful Della has come to us from a breeder to find her forever home. This sweet girl is a little worried and unsure of herself at the moment, but despite feeling a bit overwhelmed, Della is already showing herself to be a very sweet girl. When you sit quietly on the floor, she’ll gather her courage and come up to say hello and accept a gentle fuss.

With time, patience, and kindness, Della will start to come out of her shell and blossom into the happy, confident girl she’s meant to be. She will need a calm and quiet home where she can settle in at her own pace and where there is another kind and confident resident dog to be her friend and to help her settle in.

She’s never lived in a home before, so her adopters will need to be kind and understanding as she settles in and learns new skills like house training and walking on a lead.

Della is a truly lovely girl who just needs a little time and love to help her flourish. Watching her confidence grow and her personality shine will be the most rewarding journey for the special family who opens their heart to her.

Della is being treated for a ear infection in her right ear and our vet has noted that she has a grade 1 luxating patella in her right leg, but this may improve with gentle exercise.
