Marshmallow
01-11-25 Marshmallow has come to us from a breeder to find his forever home. At the moment he is very nervous to find himself here and is quite unsure of people. He hasn’t had much handling or socialisation yet, so he’s worried about our intentions and will run away when approached. However, once he’s gently scooped up into your arms, he begins to relax.
Despite his fears, he's a very sweet boy with his whole life ahead of him and with love and TLC, we think he will soon start to blossom into the most wonderful friend, especially once he learns that the world is a kind place.
Marshmallow will need a calm and quiet home with patient adopters who can offer him lots of love and reassurance as he settles in. He will also need at least one other kind and confident resident dog to be his friend and show him the ropes. Having a canine companion in his new home will help him learn that life can be full of love and fun.
As he has never lived in a home before, everything will be new to Marshmallow. His adopters will need to guide him gently as he learns all about home life and important new skills such as house training. He will also need to learn to walk on a lead and harness, starting in a secure garden until his confidence grows.
With time, patience, and lots of love, Marshmallow will blossom into the most wonderful, affectionate companion. He truly deserves a family who will give him the gentle start to life he’s always needed.
Marshmallow has a travel document.
