31-10-25 Macadamia has come to us from a breeder to find her forever home. This sweet girl is feeling quite nervous and overwhelmed by all the changes in her life. It’s clear that she hasn’t had much handling or socialisation before coming to us, and she can be a little worried about being touched. Despite this, she is a curious little girl who we can tell is very sweet.

When you take the time to sit quietly with her, Macadamia begins to relax and is happy to sit beside you. With time, love, and patience, she will start to come out of her shell and learn that the world isn’t such a scary place after all.

Macadamia will be looking for a calm and quiet home where she can settle at her own pace. She’ll need another kind and confident resident dog in her new home who can be her friend, offer reassurance, and help her learn about life as a loved family member.

As she has never lived in a home before, her adopters will need to be understanding and patient as she learns about home life and new skills like house training. She will also need gentle introductions to walking on a lead, as this is all new to her.

In the right home, Macadamia will blossom into a loyal and loving companion. She just needs someone willing to show her that humans can be kind and that love and safety are waiting for her.
