  • Human family requirements

I need a quiet home where I won’t be overwhelmed while I settle in at my own pace.

  • Other pet requirements

I need a resident dog to help me feel safe but I haven’t met cats yet so I'm not sure

  • House and garden requirements

I’m frightened and will need a secure garden to learn about being outside.

  • Out and about requirements

I’d enjoy one or two quiet walks a day and plenty of play time.

  • Training needs

I'm learn housetraining in my foster home.

  • Medical issues

I have had 1 tooth extracted and am ready to find my forever home!

Owl was a very nervous Cocker Spaniel who arrived with us from her breeder in Ireland. She is not keen on being handled, and it's very clear she has not had much human interaction and is unsure of our intentions right now.

At the moment, Owl heavily relies on her kennel friends for comfort, so it would be best for her to be rehomed with another dog for support and companionship. As she is settling into her foster home, she is learning all about house training, lead training, and other basics of home life. She is now enjoying country walks and experiencing all the exciting smells around her.

We hope to see Owl gain confidence from her friends and start to relax. She needs someone patient, kind, and gentle to show her all the joys she has yet to discover.

Owl has had one tooth extracted at the time of her spay.

She has a PETS travel document.
