07-11-25 Sophie is a beautiful, gentle-natured Frenchie with a heart full of love to give. She originally came to us from a breeder and was later adopted into a wonderful home, but sadly, due to a change in circumstances, she’s had to return to us through absolutely no fault of her own.

She’s settled back into kennels without fuss, but it’s clear how much she misses the warmth and comfort of home life. Her previous family described her as a sweetheart who loves curling up on the sofa, enjoys a good cwtch, and adores her walks, especially when they end with a well-deserved nap.

Sophie is a total foodie and especially loves sardines and treats (they’re the key to her heart!). She’s currently on a raw food diet and enjoys every flavour with great enthusiasm.

This lovely girl could be rehomed as an only dog or with calm canine companions who don’t mind sharing their space. She’d also be happy in a home with gentle, dog-savvy children who understand her need for a bit of quiet time as she settles in. As Sophie has lived in a home she may already know the basics but her adopters will need to be understanding as accidents may happen as she settles in.

Before she was adopted from us into her previous home she was spayed and underwent a Bilateral Nasal Wedge Resection. Sophie is under ongoing treatment for dry eyes that will need to be continued in her new home. She has also been assessed by our vets and does have a sore right ear that is being monitored.

Sophie really is every Frenchie lover’s dream, affectionate, easy-going, and full of character. She’s ready to swap kennel life for cuddles on the sofa once again, and we’re hoping her forever family will find her soon.
