08-11-25 Taffy has come to us from a home through no fault of her own after a relationship breakup. She has been so very loved, and it’s clear what a sweet and affectionate girl she is. Right now, Taffy is feeling a little worried and overwhelmed to find herself here, but she’s trying her very best to be brave while she adjusts to all the changes in her world.

Taffy will be looking for a home where there is another kind resident dog to be her friend and companion. Having lived in a home before, she is already house trained and familiar with the sights and sounds of home life, so we’re sure it won’t take her long to settle once she feels safe and loved again.

She has been around children before, so we would consider homes with dog-savvy older children who can give her space and understanding as she finds her feet. We’re told she’s fine with cats, although we haven’t seen her interact with them here yet.

Taffy is looking for an active home where she can be kept both mentally and physically stimulated. She loves to go on walks and especially loves muddy puddles! We are told that he recall isn't the best and so her adopters will need to work on this with her. She can also be quite strong and pull on the lead.

This gorgeous girl really deserves to be back in a loving home as soon as possible, where she can relax, regain her confidence, and be cherished like she deserves. With kindness, patience, and love, Taffy will blossom into the most loyal and joyful companion.
