  • Human family requirements

I can live with dog-savvy teenagers who understand my needs.

  • Other pet requirements

I need a resident dog to help me feel safe. I've never met cats so I'm unsure!

  • House and garden requirements

I would like a secure garden to spend time in.

  • Out and about requirements

I have never been on walks and will need a gentle introduction.

  • Training needs

Please be patient with me, I'm nervous and learning everything from scratch.

  • Medical issues

I have been spayed and have had 2 teeth removed.

11-11-25 Ginger is a beautiful, nervous girl who has come to us from a breeder and is now beginning to explore the big, new world around her. Although she’s shy, if you sweet talk her, she’ll often approach you with a gentle wag of her tail, showing that lovely spark of trust just waiting to grow.

Ginger can be a little tense and unsure when being handled, so she’ll need kind, patient adopters who will give her the time and space she needs to settle in and build confidence at her own pace. She’s not ready to be rushed, but with love and understanding, she’ll slowly learn that people can be kind and gentle.

She’ll need a quiet home with a confident resident dog who can take her under their wing and show her the ropes. Ginger could live with dog-savvy, calm teenagers who respect her space and are happy to give her time to come to them when she’s ready.

As she’s never lived in a home before, Ginger will need to learn about house training and walking on a lead, so her new family should be ready to guide her gently through these new experiences.

With patience, kindness, and reassurance, Ginger will blossom into the loving companion she’s meant to be.

Ginger has had 2 teeth removed at the time of her spay.
