27-11-25 PauPau has become re-available through no fault of her own. If you are interested or have previously submitted an app, please be sure to reapply. These seven puppies have had the most extraordinary start in life.

Their mum, Poppy, was dangerously ill when she gave birth, starved almost to death and survival should have been impossible. But every two hours, day and night, they were tube-fed, cuddled, checked, and loved, and Poppy somehow found the strength to care for them too.

The pups kept Poppy alive, and we kept the pups alive, and because of this they have been handled from day one:

cuddled, carried, sung to, adored, and frequently found asleep in someone’s lap.

They are a week ahead of most puppies their age, bright, bold, confident, and needing homes where someone is home all day, with very occasional short absences. These are pups who will love deeply, attach deeply, and definitely get up to mischief if left to their own devices.

They all need guidance, patience, training, and ideally another friendly dog to show them the ropes. Raised with love, they will be sensational family members

Paupau is rich in personality, intelligence, and determination.

She was the first puppy to run over, the first to climb a lap, and the first to decide that attention is not only deserved, but her right.

She is the cleverest of the girls and will probably try to “help” you with your DIY. Wallpaper? She’ll remove it. Tape? She’ll carry it. Paint? She’ll step in it.

Leave her alone too long and she will invent a project.

She is hilarious, brilliant, affectionate and absolutely needs someone at home.

PauPau’s adopter must agree to have her spayed when she is of age and to take her to socialization and training classes to help her grow into a well-adjusted adult dog.

Our retriever puppies are ready for loving homes. If you wish to donate towards their true cost, it will help us save more lives.

We will be accepting applications for the puppies at this time, but they will not be ready for their new homes until they are at least 8 weeks of age.
