  • Human family requirements

I need an adult-only home where I can feel safe and loved.

  • Other pet requirements

I'd like to live with a female dog or I could live alone. I have met cats well.

  • House and garden requirements

I’m active and would love a large, secure garden to let off steam.

  • Out and about requirements

I’d enjoy one or two quiet walks a day and plenty of cuddle time.

  • Training needs

I walk well on the lead but will need help with housetraining.

  • Medical issues

I have dirty ears that require cleaning & am being treated for conjunctivitis.

Tickety Boo is a handsome boy who has come to us from a breeder. He is the happiest boy, who has one of the waggiest tails around and is just a delight to spend time with! He is a very sweet boy who is filled with energy and has so much love to give and never fails to make you smile. He knows how to sit and loves to play with toys and his favourite game is fetch.

He can already walk nicely on a lead and is going to be looking for an active home where he can go on plenty of walks and adventures with his new family and can be kept both mentally and physically stimulated.

He would be best suited to an adult only home and will need a kind and confident female resident dog in his new home to help him settle and to show him all about home life. He doesn't get along with male dogs for the most part and couldn't share his home with one, so this is something his new adopters would need to keep in mind. We also think that Tickety Boo may have grown in confidence to the point that he could be the only dog in the home as long as his adopters were around most of the time. He has met cats at the rescue and was fine, so may possibly be able to live with a dog savvy cat.

As he has never lived in a home before, his adopters will need to be patient and understanding as he learns about house training and the routine of family life.

Tickety Boo is a wonderful boy and we think that he will blossom into a truly wonderful companion.

He has arrived with dirty ears, which currently require weekly cleaning, and is being treated for conjunctivitis in both eyes, and though he is a very friendly boy, he is not a fan of having his ears cleaned and cane be uncooperative about this.
