Chips
04-12-25 Chips is one of several dogs rescued from a repossessed home where they had been left abandoned in truly heartbreaking conditions, with urine and feces caked throughout. With no one to care for them, the dogs were left to fend for themselves. Thankfully, despite the state of the home, all of the dogs were in surprisingly good condition, suggesting they once knew love and care. Now, they are here at Many Tears and are ready to start their journey towards finding their perfect forever homes.
Chips is a wonderful boy who is very friendly, and an absolute delight to spend time with. Chips adores cuddles, is always ready to offer kisses and is just an all-round joy to handle.
He loves human company and would be perfectly happy to be homed as an only dog, provided his adopter is home for most of the day. He also gets along well with other dogs, so he would be happy to be homed with a kind, friendly canine companion too. We would consider homing him with dog-savvy, older children.
Chips has lived in a home, but may no know anything about house training and so his adopters will need to be kind and understanding as he settles in and learns.
He can already walk on a lead and we think he will enjoy going on walks and adventures with his new family. Chips is a truly special boy who will make the most loyal and loving companion, so please don't leave him waiting.
Chips has been assessed by our vet who has noted that he is developing a cataract in his right eye, which will need to continue to be monitored in his new home. He has some areas of alopecia around his back legs and also has some areas of dermatitis which he will have some malaseb baths to treat.
Can live with other dogs
