I need a calm and quiet home where I can settle in at my own pace.

I will need a kind resident dog to take me under their wing. I have never met cats.

I would like a secure garden to spend time in.

  • Out and about requirements

I haven't tried walks just yet and will find this a bit overwhelming at the moment.

  • Training needs

I may know a little bit of house training, but might need a refresher.

  • Medical issues

I am spayed and ready to find my forever home.

05-12-25 Chillie is one of several dogs rescued from a repossessed home where they had been left abandoned in truly heartbreaking conditions, with urine and feces caked throughout. With no one to care for them, the dogs were left to fend for themselves. Thankfully, despite the state of the home, all of the dogs were in surprisingly good condition, suggesting they once knew love and care. Now, they are here at Many Tears and are ready to start their journey towards finding their perfect forever homes.

Chillie is a very frightened little girl who is feeling quite overwhelmed to find herself here. Right now, she’s in need of plenty of love, patience, and gentle TLC as she begins to settle and understand that she is safe. Despite her worries, Chillie is easy to handle, and with time, kindness, and stability we are sure she will blossom into the sweet, affectionate girl we know she was meant to be.

Chillie relies on her kennel friends for reassurance, so she will need at least one other kind and confident resident dog in her new home who can take her under their wing and help guide her as she learns about life as a beloved family member. A calm and quiet home where she can settle at her own pace would suit her best, allowing her to build confidence without feeling pressured.

Although she has lived in a home before, Chillie will likely need to learn all about house training. She doesn’t yet walk on a lead, so her adopters will need to help her practise safely in the garden until she feels brave enough to explore further.

Chillie may be timid now, but with the right support, gentle encouragement, and a loving canine companion by her side, she will grow into a wonderful little girl full of potential. She just needs someone willing to give her the time and love she deserves.
