05-12-25 Cabbage is one of several dogs rescued from a repossessed home where they had been left abandoned in truly heartbreaking conditions, with urine and feces caked throughout. With no one to care for them, the dogs were left to fend for themselves. Thankfully, despite the state of the home, all of the dogs were in surprisingly good condition, suggesting they once knew love and care. Now, they are here at Many Tears and are ready to start their journey towards finding their perfect forever homes.

Although Cabbage is a little overwhelmed to find himself in these new surroundings he greets us with a waggy tail when he is with his canine friends as they give him confidence the boosts he needs. When he is with them he comes straight up to you when you enter his kennel and is easy to handle. Once he has settled in bit more we will see if we think he is brave enough to be homed with older children.

Although he has lived in a home Cabbage will need adopters who will give him time to adjust and settle into his new life. He will need some help with house training and lead walking but with a little time a patience from his adopters and some support from his new canine friend(s) we don't think it will take him too long to get the hang of things.

With time, love and patience Cabbage will start to flourish and become the happy boy who will love you to the moon and back!
