  • Human family requirements

I would like a home filled with love and kindness!

  • Other pet requirements

I need a resident dog to help me feel safe. I've never met cats so I'm unsure!

  • House and garden requirements

I’m active and would love a large, secure garden to let off steam.

  • Out and about requirements

I'm still getting used to my new life so a secure garden for me to explore is ideal.

  • Training needs

I need to learn house training, lead walking, and other basics of home life.

  • Medical issues

I'm overweight and have a small mammary lump removed at the time of spay.

17-12-25 Dori is a placid Cocker Spaniel who has come into our care from a breeder in search of a fresh start. She is incredibly easy to handle and always so happy to be around people. Dori will happily sit and listen to everything you have to say, soaking up attention with her friendly, affectionate nature. She’s a truly gorgeous girl with a lovely presence.

Dori gets on wonderfully with her kennel friends and clearly finds comfort in their company. For this reason, she will need a kind resident dog in her new home. A steady companion who can help guide her and offer reassurance as she settles in and finds her paws would be ideal.

As Dori has never lived in a home before, she will need patient support with house training, lead training, and learning the routines of everyday life.

Dori has arrived with us carrying some extra weight and has a small mammary lump which was removed at the time of spay. Despite this, she’s already showing us that she’s an active girl at heart. With a balanced diet and gentle, regular exercise, she’ll be supported to reach a healthier weight so she can enjoy all the adventures she’s clearly dreaming of.

With her calm temperament, loving nature, and friendly personality, Dori would make a wonderful addition to a family ready to give her the care, patience, and love she truly deserves.
