17-12-25 Millie is a gentle and loving lady who has come into our care from a breeder. However, it was a family home and she lived inside of the home, so she is very comfortable in a home environment. She would love nothing more than to be back in a loving home as soon as possible.

Millie can be a little shy at first, but once she settles she will make a wonderful family dog. She walks nicely on a lead and, as her confidence grows, she would enjoy plenty of adventures and exploring with her new family.

Having previously lived in a home, Millie may already understand the basics such as house training, although she may need a few gentle reminders while she settles into her new surroundings. She is an absolute angel with a kind and affectionate nature, truly a retriever lover’s dream. She will need a kind resident dog she can share her space with and look to as she settles into her new home. She's incredibly soft and gentle and is submissive to everyone and everything. She may take a while to settle and trust you but once she does you will have a friend for life.

We are told by the previous home, that she is great with cats and kittens and can live with a dog-savvy cat, she is brilliant with children of all ages, she loves being on the sofa cuddled up next to you and has not shown signs of separation anxiety when she has been left for short periods of time.

Millie is ready to bring love, loyalty, and gentle companionship to her forever home.

She has come to us with enlarged mammary glands from lactation.
