03-02-26 Betty is a lovely little girl who has come to us from a breeder and is now hoping to find the forever home she has never had. She is a sweet, gentle soul, but understandably feels a little worried and overwhelmed at the moment.

Betty would love a calm, quiet home where she can settle in at her own pace. She absolutely adores her kennel friends here at the rescue, so she will need at least one kind and confident resident dog in her new home to be her companion.

She has never lived in a home before, so her adopters will need to be patient, kind, and understanding as she learns all about home life, including new skills like house training. With gentle guidance and reassurance, we’re sure she will soon blossom.

Betty loves her walks and is just like an overgrown puppy! She gets so excited to be outside, sniffing everything, picking up leaves, and wagging her tail constantly. She walks on a lead to and from the yard and uses a harness when out of the rescue. She often looks back for reassurance, showing just how much she wants to be close to her person. While she hasn’t been spooked by cars here, she will need a gentle introduction to busier areas. Once she bonds with you, she’s like Velcro.... she is truly an angel.

Betty is a very sweet, affectionate girl who just needs someone to believe in her and give her the loving home she so deserves.
