08-02-26 Bixby is a sweet Bichon Frise who has come into our care from a breeder in search of a new start. She is feeling very worried at the moment and can be quite touch-sensitive, particularly around her paws, which will need gentle, patient work over time.

Bixby gets on wonderfully with her kennel friends and relies heavily on their company for comfort, so she will need a kind resident dog in her new home to help guide her and provide reassurance as she settles in and finds her paws.

As Bixby has never lived in a home before, she will need to learn all about house training, lead training, and the everyday routines of home life.

We are looking for an adult-only home for Bixby where she can relax and settle into her new surroundings without too much hustle and bustle. Ideally, her adopters will have experience with ex-breeding dogs to ensure she has the best possible start.

Bixby will need plenty of TLC, patience, and understanding to help her feel safe and secure as she begins her new chapter in a forever home.

She has a PETS travel document.
