03-02-26 Wendy is a beautiful but timid lady who has come to us from a breeder. Initially unsure of human intentions and often choosing to keep her distance, she is now more lively and confident, and enjoys a gentle chin scratch. Once in your arms, Wendy is very good to be handled, although she can remain shaky and nervous, and will need a calm, understanding home that can give her the time and patience she needs to settle and build confidence.

Wendy relies heavily on her kennel friends for comfort and reassurance, and she will need a kind, confident resident dog in her new home who can take her under their wing and help guide her as she learns about life in a home. She has never lived in a home environment before, so everything will be new to her, including house training and lead walking. The big wide world can still feel overwhelming, and beginning with gentle garden sniffing sessions will be an important first step for her.

She has a very gentle nature and, in the right environment, will slowly begin to blossom. Wendy could live with older, dog-savvy teenagers who understand the importance of giving her space and allowing her to progress at her own pace.

Wendy has been spayed and has also had 13 teeth removed so she will require a soft-food diet.

With kindness, patience, and the support of a canine companion, Wendy has the potential to grow into a loving and trusting little lady who will thrive in a calm and compassionate home.

Wendy has a travel document.
