10-02-26 Rocky is a gorgeous boy who has come to us from a breeder, and he is a snuggly, happy lad with the waggiest tail and the bravest heart. He has the confidence to live as an only dog with adopters who are around most of the time, or in a home with a kind resident dog who doesn’t mind sharing their space with this waggy-tailed sweetheart.

Rocky is a complete joy to be around, but as he has never lived in a home before, he will need kind, patient adopters to help him learn about home life, house training, and walking on a lead. However, he is learning to walk on a harness and is taking to it quite well. He can live with dog-savvy children who give him time to settle in, and he has a truly wonderful temperament.

He knows his name, Rocky, and responds to it, and this will need to be kept in his new home.

Rocky will make a fantastic companion and a loving addition to the right home. He has been seen by the vet and is currently being treated for conjunctivitis in both eyes. The vets also noted a right low grade patella luxation that may improve with gentle exercises as his muscles increase but this will need to be monitored in his new home for any future treatment he may need.
