Rennie
15-02-26 Rennie is a gentle, affectionate, and very human-focused lady who has come to us from a breeder, and she is an absolute joy to be around.
She can be a little shy when first meeting new people, but once she finds her paws, she blossoms into a truly lovely girl who seeks out fuss, cuddles, and plenty of love. Rennie has the personality of an outgoing little lap dog who simply wants to be your best friend and be adored.
Rennie will need a confident resident dog in her new home who can take her under their wing and help give her the confidence boost she needs. As she has never lived in a home environment before, she will need kind, patient adopters to support her with house training. She has started to learn all about walking on a lead and harness and is doing well, but needs more practice to gain confidence.
She could live with dog-savvy teens who understand she may need a little space while she settles in, but we believe Rennie will absolutely adore home life and all the love that comes with it.
Rennie came to us with conjunctivitis in both eyes, which has received treatment. After a recent vet health check, our vets confirmed that this has now cleared up and no signs of conjunctivitis were present. She also has Blepharospasm, which is involuntary spams of the eyelid muscles that does not seem to bother her, but will need to be monitored by her new vet for any treatment she may need in the future.
