16-02-26 Goldie is a worried little girl who has come to us from a breeder and is still trying to understand the world around her.

She currently prefers to hide away at the back of her kennel as she learns that people mean her no harm. When approached, Goldie does not run and is easy to handle, but she will need time, patience, and plenty of TLC to truly begin building her confidence.

As Goldie has started to settle in, she has begun to show little signs of curiosity, coming out of her kennel for a gentle head scratch and a soft fuss, showing that there is a lovely, inquisitive nature waiting to shine through.

Goldie could be homed with older, sensible, and dog-savvy teens that respect her space as she settles in. She will need a confident resident dog who can offer her reassurance, support, and comfort as she learns about life in a home environment. As she has never lived in a home before, she will need patient adopters to help her with house training and learning how to walk on a lead.

With the right home, time, and understanding, Goldie has the potential to blossom into a beautiful, trusting companion.

Goldie has come to us with a mild undershot jaw, that does not seem to bother her but will need to monitored in her new home for any treatment that she may need and an entropion in the right eye that will be assessed by the vets
