20-02-26 Rouxmele has come to us from a breeder and is a quiet, reserved lady. She doesn’t mind being handled, but it is definitely something new to her, so she will need adopters who are understanding as she continues to learn that our intentions are kind and our hands are gentle.

Rouxmele will need a home that can offer her plenty of TLC and guidance as she begins to discover the big world around her. A kind and confident resident dog in the home will be important, giving her someone to look to and learn from as she settles in. She has been met cats at the rescue fine and could be homed with a dog-savvy cat.

As she has never lived in a home before, Rouxmele will need patient adopters who can gently guide her through house training and all the new experiences that come with home life. Walks may feel overwhelming for her at first, so starting with gentle sniffing sessions in the garden will help build her confidence at her own pace.

She could live with older, dog-savvy teenagers who understand that she may need time and space to settle in. With love, patience, and reassurance, Rouxmele should blossom in her own time.

She has had 1 tooth extracted at the time of her spay.

Rouxmele has been given the Gift of Life by Emma Nimmo
