Rouxen
15-02-26 Rouxen is a sweet puppy who has come into our care from a breeder and will soon be ready to find her forever family. She will need a home where someone is around for most of the day, with only very occasional short absences. Rouxen’s tail is constantly wagging! She greets everyone as a friend and will make a wonderful companion.
Rouxen gets on beautifully with other dogs and would be happy to share her home with a friendly canine companion. However, she is young and confident enough that she would also be perfectly content as the only dog in the home, as long as her adopters are around enough to keep her company and give her the attention she enjoys.
Rouxen could share her home with dog-savvy children, who can understand that she will need a gentle, calm introduction to the home and her own space to settle in at her own pace.
Rouxen has arrived with a scar on her right cornea. This does not currently appear to be bothering her, but her adopters and their vets will need to continue to monitor this going forwards. She also has Grade 1 luxating patellas, which should improve with gentle exercise and as she grows, but will need to be monitored.
Rouxen’s adopter must agree to have her spayed when she is old enough and to attend socialisation and training classes to help her grow into a confident, well-rounded adult dog.
With love, time, and guidance, Rouxen will make a fantastic and affectionate family member.
Rouxen has been given the Gift of Life by Linda Hall
