Sandy Lou
28-02-26 Sandy Lou has come to us from a breeder and is now looking for her very own forever home. She is a lovely, chilled little lady who takes everything in her stride. She is happy to have a gentle fuss and seems to really enjoy the attention. She also enjoys curling up in her cosy bed and watching the world go by.
She is confident enough that we would consider homing her as an only dog in the right circumstances, but she could equally live happily with other kind and gentle resident dogs.
Sandy Lou has never lived in a home before, so she will need patient adopters who understand she will need to learn all about house training, home life and how to walk nicely on a lead. With time, love and reassurance, we have no doubt she will blossom into a devoted and loyal companion.
Our vets have noted that she has arrived with cataracts in both eyes, which may be causing reduced vision, but she is getting around well and doesn't let this bother her. She has had one small lump and one lump the size of a golf ball removed at the time of her spay. Our vets have kept back the larger lump, should her future adopters want to send it off for testing. She has also had 4 teeth extracted at the time of her spay.
