Kinsley
06-03-26 Kinsley is a little reserved lady who has come into our care from a breeder. She is a sweet girl who is quietly curious about what is going on around her, but at the moment she prefers to keep a little distance while she builds her confidence.
Kinsley gets on wonderfully with her kennel friends and clearly takes comfort from their company, so she will need a kind and cuddly resident dog in her new home to help guide her and give her the reassurance she needs as she settles in and finds her paws.
As Kinsley has never lived in a home before, she will need patient adopters who can teach her all about house training, lead walking, and the everyday routines of home life. A calm and predictable environment will help her feel safe. Kinsley could share her home with dog-savvy teenagers who understand that she will need a gentle, quiet introduction and her own space to retreat to while she adjusts.
Kinsley has arrived with dry eyes and a Grade 3–4 heart murmur. Our vets will be monitoring her closely to ensure she is comfortable and stable before she is ready for adoption. She has had 4 teeth removed at the time of her spay and has arrived with a lot missing. Our vet has also noted that she has dry eyes as well as a superficial ulcer on the cornea of the right eye, which is being treated. She has ulcer scarring on the left eye.
With time, patience, and a reassuring canine companion, Kinsley has every chance of growing into a loving and devoted little friend.
Kinsley has a travel document.
