06-03-26 River is a very happy boy who has come into our care from a breeder. He is a sweet boy with a gentle nature, though he can be a little nervous at first.

River gets on wonderfully with his kennel friends and relies on their company for comfort, so he will need a kind, confident resident dog in his new home to help guide him and give him reassurance as he settles in and finds his paws.

As River has never lived in a home before, he will need patient adopters to help him learn house training, lead training, and other basics of home life.

He could share his home with dog-savvy teenagers who can appreciate and understand that he will need a gentle, quiet introduction to the home and his own space to settle in.

River is a loving, affectionate little boy who just needs the right home to feel safe and confident. His adopters will need to agree to have him neutered when he is of age, and take him to plenty of socialization classes and outings to help him become a well rounded adult dog. With patience and care, he will grow into a devoted and joyful companion.
