Austin would like a home with his best friend Apple

22-03-26 Austin has come to us from a breeder alongside his best friend Apple. They take great comfort in each other’s company, and because of their close bond, we would very much love to see them find a forever home together.

Austin is a friendly boy who enjoys a gentle fuss and affection once he gets to know you. When he first meets new people, he can be quite worried and unsure, but with a little time, patience, and kindness, he begins to relax and his sweet nature starts to shine through. He is generally a calm boy, though he does have the occasional boisterous moment that shows his playful side. He can already walk well on a lead and we think he will enjoy going on walks and adventures with his new family.

Austin and Apple are looking for a calm and quiet home where they can settle at their own pace. They would benefit from adopters who have experience with the Chow Chow breed and understand their unique needs and characteristics. We would consider homing them with dog savvy teenagers aged 16+. As they would be adopted together, they wouldn’t need another dog in the home.

Austin has never lived in a home before, so will need patient and understanding adopters who can gently guide him as he learns about the world. This will include things like house training and getting used to everyday household life. With time, consistency, and love, Austin has so much potential to grow in confidence and become a wonderful companion.

Austin and Apple are looking for that special home where they can continue their journey together, feeling safe, secure, and loved, so please don't leave them waiting too long.
