  • Human family requirements

I need a calm and quiet home where I can settle in at my own pace.

  • Other pet requirements

I need a resident dog to help me settle in and I have never met cats.

  • House and garden requirements

I would like a secure garden to spend time in.

  • Out and about requirements

I am learning to walk on a lead, but it's still very new for me.

  • Training needs

I have never lived in a home so I will need help to learn house training.

  • Medical issues

I am spayed and ready to find my forever home.

23-03-26 Edwina has come to us from a breeder and is now looking for her forever home. She is a worried little girl who is understandably feeling quite overwhelmed at the moment, but she is coming out of her shell each day. She is happy to be handled and will settle on your lap for a little fuss. At the moment she seems happiest sitting quietly and watching the world go by as she takes everything in at her own pace.

Edwina would benefit from a calm and quiet home where she can continue to build her confidence slowly. She will need at least one other kind and confident resident dog in her new home who can offer her reassurance and help show her the way as she settles in.

She has never lived in a home before, so she will need patient and understanding adopters as she learns all about home life and new skills like house training. She is learning to walk on a lead and harness but this is still very new to her.

With time, kindness and reassurance, we believe Edwina will grow in confidence and begin to truly blossom.

Edwina has had an umbilical hernia repaired at the time of spay.

Edwina has a travel document.

Edwina has been given the Gift of Life by Paula Elliott
