20-03-26 Lizzy is a gorgeous girl who has come to us from a breeder, and she truly is the sweetest angel with the most comforting, gentle demeanor. Since arriving, Lizzy has already had plenty of little adventures and is settling into rescue life beautifully. You’ll most often find her in the main office with our rehoming team, either helping to carefully review applications or, more realistically, enjoying a well-earned snooze in her favourite spot. She absolutely loves being held and cuddled, and is happiest when she’s close to people she trusts.

As Lizzy has never lived in a home before, she’ll need some support with house training and learning to walk on a harness, but with gentle encouragement, she’s already making great progress. Our very manly office manager has been helping her out on walks, proudly sporting the pink harness and matching lead he personally chose for her. We like to think it really brings out both of their best features… and Lizzy certainly seems to be gaining confidence with every outing!

Lizzy can be easily bullied by other dogs, so she would do best with a calm, kind resident dog who will show her the ropes or else as an only dog in the right home. She enjoys the company of gentle dogs and will thrive with adopters who are around most of the time. She can live with dog-savvy children aged 9 and over who allow her time to settle in. She cannot be homed with cats or small furries.

This incredibly sweet-natured girl will make a truly wonderful and loving companion in the home, bringing plenty of cuddles, gentle walks, and calm companionship to her lucky new family.

Lizzy has a travel document.
