23-03-26 Lou Lou is a sweet girl who has come to us from a breeder to find her forever home. When she first arrived, she was feeling very shy, but she has quickly come out of her shell and is now a wonderful, happy little dog. She really enjoys fuss and attention and, once she gets to know you, absolutely loves a cuddle. With love and TLC, we think she will blossom into a proper little lap dog in her new home.

Lou Lou is very confident and affectionate in environments where she feels safe and enjoys building close bonds with her people. We feel she would be best suited to being the only dog in the home, where she can have all the attention and continue to grow in confidence without relying on other dogs. She would thrive with adopters who can provide her with reassurance, companionship, and gentle guidance as she adjusts to life in a home.

As Lou Lou has never lived in a home before, she will need patient and understanding adopters to help her learn all the basics, including house training. She is able to walk on a harness but can still be a little nervous, so she will need ongoing support and encouragement to continue building her confidence when out and about.

Lou Lou has come to us with dermatitis on her skin, including scabby lesions that were uncovered after a groom. This is being monitored and should continue to improve and heal with time.

Lou Lou has a travel document.
