  • Human family requirements

I could live with dog-savvy children who respect my space.

  • Other pet requirements

I could live with other dogs, or be the only dog. I don't mind. I haven’t met cats

  • House and garden requirements

I'd like a secure garden to potter around in.

  • Out and about requirements

I walk well on a lead and would enjoy one or two walks a day!

  • Training needs

Please be patient with me, I haven’t lived in a home before.

  • Medical issues

I have been spayed & have been treated for an ear infection.

17-04-26 Hungry is a very friendly girl who has come into our care from a breeder in search of a new start. She is a happy little girl, very sweet in nature and easy to handle, and she clearly enjoys being around people.

Hungry gets on wonderfully with other dogs, so she would be happy to share her home with canine companions. She is also confident enough that she could live as the only dog, as long as her adopters are around much of the time to keep her company and give her the attention she enjoys.

As Hungry has never lived in a home before, she will need to learn all about house training and the general basics of home life. With patience and a consistent routine, she should settle into this well. Hungry can already walk on a lead, so once she is settled, she would enjoy one or two gentle walks around the local area as part of her daily routine.

Hungry could share her home with dog-savvy older teenagers who can appreciate and understand that she will need a calm and gentle introduction to the home, along with her own space to settle in.

Hungry has arrived with alopecia on her back, a yeast infection in both ears, and she is a little overweight. Our vets will be treating and monitoring these to ensure she is comfortable and feeling her best before she heads off to her forever home. Regular exercise and a good diet would see her on her way to achieving a healthier weight.

Hungry is a lovely, affectionate girl with a kind nature, and she will make a wonderful companion for a family looking for a sweet and easy-going dog.

She has a travel document.
