Calico is a very sweet boy who has come into our care from a breeder in search of a new start. When he first arrived he was quite shy, but he has really started to settle in and come out of his shell and is happy to be handled.

He loves other dogs and relies on them for confidence, so he will be looking for a home where there is another kind and confident resident dog to be his friend and take him under their wing. He would be best suited to a calm and quiet home with adopters who will allow him to settle in at his own pace. He cannot live with cats.

Calico has recently moved to a foster home where he is settling in well and learning all about home life and house training for the first time. He especially loves his food! He has started learning all about walking on a lead and harness but will need more practice to boost his confidence with this.

Calico is a wonderful boy and with time, patience, and kindness, he will grow into a loyal and affectionate companion.
