  • Training needs

I am in a foster home now so am learning all about home life and house training.

  • Medical issues

I have had 16 teeth extracted and would benefit from a soft food diet.

Laurence is a sweet boy who has come into our care from a breeder in search of a loving forever home. He has been described as an absolute gentleman, and it is easy to see why. Although he can be a little wary when meeting new people, with a gentle introduction he is quick to make friends and seems to enjoy some fuss and attention. He has recently moved to a wonderful foster home, where he is getting to experience home life for the very first time. He has already settled in very well and has even been house trained since the first day.

Laurence gets on wonderfully with other dogs and relies on their company for comfort, so will be looking for a home where there is a kind resident dog to be his friend. He is in foster alongside three resident dogs, two large dogs and one small dog, males and females and gets along with them all well. He is also living alongside a cat and chickens, so in the right circumstances he may be able to be homed with a dog savvy cat.

Laurence would love to find a patient, understanding family who will allow him to continue building his confidence at his own pace. He is a truly wonderful boy and we think he is going to absolutely thrive in his new home. Laurence can already walk well on a lead and harness and he is going to love going for walks with his new family. He will need a secure garden where any fences are 6ft+ to ensure he is kept safe.

Laurence has had 16 teeth extracted at the time of his neuter and would benefit from a soft food diet going forward. He has also had a cyst drained from his left hip, this may recur in the future but shouldn't cause him any issues.

He has a travel document.
