I would like a secure garden to spend time in.

  • Out and about requirements

I’ve never been on walks before and will need a gentle introduction.

  • Medical issues

30-05-26 Gertrude has recently come to us from a breeder and is now ready to find a loving forever home of her own. She is an absolutely adorable and dinky little girl. Understandably, she is feeling a little worried and overwhelmed by all the changes around her, but she is easy to handle and already showing us what a lovely girl she is. We don't think it will take Gertrude too long to come out of her shell once she settles into a home environment and starts to feel safe and secure.

She would love a calm and quiet home where she can settle in at her own pace and would benefit from adopters who have experience of worried ex-breeding dogs. Gertrude finds great comfort in the company of other dogs and will need another kind and confident resident dog in her new home to be her friend and take her under their wing.

Gertrude has never lived in a home before, so she will need kindness and understanding while she learns all about home life and house training. She will also need to learn how to walk on a lead and harness, starting slowly and building her confidence over time.

Gertrude is a super sweet girl who simply needs a chance. With a gentle approach, plenty of love and the support of a doggy friend, we are sure she will blossom into a wonderful companion and make a very lucky family incredibly happy.

She has an umbilical hernia, which was repaired at the time of her spay and has received treatment for conjunctivitis.

Gertrude has a travel document.
