17-06-26 Poppy is a sweet girl who has come to us from a breeder and is trying her very best to be brave. She is a curious little dog who will shyly approach to investigate, but still finds people a little overwhelming and will often retreat when approached. Despite her worries, she is easy to handle and settles nicely once she is being held.

Poppy will need at least one kind and confident resident dog in her new home who can provide reassurance and help guide her as she learns about life outside of the breeding environment. Having never lived in a home before, she will need patient adopters who can support her with house training, lead walking and all the new experiences that come with family life. She can live with older dog-savvy teens who will allow her time to settle in.

She is a gentle, deserving girl who simply needs plenty of TLC, understanding and time to build her confidence. With the support of a loving home and canine companion, Poppy has every chance of blossoming into a happy and confident dog.
