18-06-26 Wanda has come to us from a breeder to find her forever home. She is feeling a little worried and nervous at the moment and is understandably finding all the changes in her life rather overwhelming. However, if you spend some time with her she does begin to seek out a gentle fuss, although she is still unsure about being handled. With plenty of love, patience and kindness, we think this sweet little girl will soon begin to come out of her shell.

Wanda is looking for a calm and quiet home with patient adopters who will allow her to settle in at her own pace and help her build her confidence. She gains comfort from the company of other dogs and will need at least one other kind and confident resident dog in her new home to be her friend and take her under their wing.

Having never lived in a home before, everything will be new to Wanda and her adopters will need to be kind and understanding as she learns all about home life. She will need help with new skills such as house training and will also need to learn how to walk on a lead and harness, with plenty of encouragement and positive experiences to help her gain confidence. She can live with older, dog-savvy teens aged 16+ who will allow her time to settle in at her own pace.

Wanda is a lovely little girl who simply needs a family willing to give her the time and reassurance she deserves. In return, we are sure she will reward them with a lifetime of love and companionship as she blossoms into the happy little dog she was always meant to be. She has had 13 teeth removed at the time of her spay.
