  • Human family requirements

I will need an adult only home, that will let me settle in at my own pace.

  • Other pet requirements

I need a resident dog to help me settle in and I have never met cats.

  • House and garden requirements

I would like a secure garden to spend time in.

  • Out and about requirements

I am nervous on the lead and would rather sniffs around the garden for now.

  • Training needs

I have lived in a home before so know the basics.

  • Medical issues

I have had 8 teeth removed, and am ready for my forever home.

11-06-26 Belle is a very shy and gentle girl who originally came to us from a breeder and was adopted a few years ago. Sadly, through no fault of her own, she has been returned to our care after her owner became unwell and was no longer able to look after her.

Although Belle has spent time living in a home, she remains a very nervous and timid dog who finds new situations quite overwhelming. She is heavily reliant on other dogs for reassurance and will need at least one kind and confident resident dog in her new home that she can lean on as she continues to build her confidence.

Belle has an absolute heart of gold; she simply hasn't found the confidence to let it shine yet. With patient adopters who understand her needs, we are sure she will continue to make progress and feel more secure in the world around her.

Having previously lived in a home, Belle is house-trained, although she may need a few reminders as she settles into a new routine. She is looking for a calm, quiet, adult-only home where she can take things at her own pace and be given all the time and understanding she needs to adjust.

After enjoying the comforts of home life for so long, we are hopeful that Belle won't have to wait too much longer to find another loving family. She deserves a special home where she can feel safe, cherished, and supported for the rest of her days.
