17-07-26 Dusty is a real sweetheart who has come into our care from a breeder in search of a new start. She is a gentle, curious girl who is trying her best to be brave. Dusty can be very worried when she is away from the comfort of her kennel friends and will often shake, but even then, her curiosity shines through. She still wants to come over for a little sniff and find out who we are, as long as we take things slowly and don't rush her.

She will be looking for a calm and quiet home, with adopters who have experience with ex-breeding dogs and who will allow her to settle in at her own pace.

Dusty gets on wonderfully with her kennel friends and relies on their company for comfort, so she will need a kind resident dog in her new home to help guide her and give her the reassurance she needs as she settles in and finds her paws.

As Dusty has never lived in a home before, she will need to learn all about house training, walking on a lead, and the other basics of home life. Her new family will need to be patient and let her discover everything at her own pace.

We think Dusty will enjoy a more active lifestyle as her confidence grows. She already enjoys exploring and has a curious nature, so we hope this side of her will continue to come out in a home environment.
