Danielle
17-07-26 Danielle is a nervous little lady who has come into our care from a breeder and currently finds people and new situations quite overwhelming. She is easy to handle but would much rather shy away and quietly observe than seek out attention. Danielle is looking for a calm, adult-only home with adopters who have experience with ex-breeding dogs and understand that trust will take time to build.
Danielle takes great comfort from other dogs and will need a home with at least one kind and confident resident dog who she can look to for reassurance as she settles in and continues to gain confidence.
Having never lived in a home before, Danielle will need patient and understanding adopters to help her with house training and all the new experiences that come with family life. She has not yet started walking on a lead, and this is likely to take time as her confidence grows. For now, gentle exploration in a secure garden will be the perfect place for her to begin building confidence outdoors.
As Danielle is extremely nervous, she will need a very secure garden with fencing of at least 6ft to help keep her safe while she adjusts to her new surroundings.
Danielle simply needs someone willing to take a chance on her. With time, patience, and the support of a confident canine companion, she has every opportunity to blossom into a happy and much-loved family member.
Danielle has a travel document.
