  • Human family requirements

I can live with teenagers, aged 13+ that are sensible and allow me time to settle.

  • Other pet requirements

I will need a kind resident dog to take me under their wing. I have never met cats.

  • House and garden requirements

I would love a garden to run and play in!

  • Out and about requirements

I have learned to walk well on a harness and enjoy my walks!

  • Training needs

I have never lived in a home so I will need help to learn house training.

  • Medical issues

I am a little overweight at the moment and I have a pea sized cyst removed.

17-07-26 Dakota is a happy, waggy-tailed little lady who has come into our care from a breeder and is simply the sweetest girl. She'll greet you with the cutest little dance, her tail wagging away as she excitedly takes in everything around her. She is curious and inquisitive, but can still be a little shy when approached. With each passing day, her confidence continues to grow, and we're sure she will blossom in a loving forever home.

Dakota is easy to handle and has such a gentle, lovely nature. Having never lived in a home before, she will need patient and understanding adopters to help her learn about house training and all the new experiences that come with family life. She has learned all about walking on a lead and harness while with us and we think she will enjoy going on walks and adventures with her new family.

Dakota could live with sensible, dog-savvy teenagers who will give her the time and space she needs to settle into her new surroundings. She could also live with a kind resident dog who can help build her confidence as she adjusts to home life.

Dakota is a bright, affectionate little lady with so much potential, and with a little patience and encouragement, she is sure to flourish into a wonderful companion.

Dakota has arrived overweight and will need her adopters to watch her diet so that she can be a healthy, happy lady! She has also had a pea sized cyst removed from her mammary area.

Dakota has a travel document.
