  • Human family requirements

I will need an adult-only home that understands I need time to settle in.

  • Other pet requirements

I need a doggy friend in my new home. I haven’t met cats so I’m unsure.

  • House and garden requirements

I will need a large, extra-secure garden to keep me safe as I learn about the home.

  • Out and about requirements

I haven't tried walks yet, a secure garden will be fine for now.

  • Training needs

Please be patient with me, I haven’t lived in a home before.

  • Medical issues

I've started my vaccinations and will be spayed before adoption.

07-08-26 Faith is a beautiful girl who has come to us from a breeder in search of a new start. She is understandably apprehensive of people and is not yet comfortable with being handled. Although she isn't keen on being picked up, she accepts it when we need to check her over, showing just how gentle she is despite her worries. Faith is still learning that people can be trusted and will need patient adopters who are happy to let her settle at her own pace.

Faith gets on wonderfully with her kennel friends and relies on their company for comfort, so she will need a kind resident dog in her new home to help guide her and give her the reassurance she needs as she settles in and finds her paws. She will need an adult-only home with experience with the Collie breed and that Faith will need plenty of enrichment and exercise to keep her busy!

As Faith has never lived in a home before, she will need to learn all about house training, lead training, and the other basics of home life. Her new family will need to give her plenty of time, patience, and reassurance as she adjusts to everything that is new to her. She will need an extra secure garden of at least 6ft, to keep her safe in her new home.

Faith is a gentle soul who deserves the chance to feel safe and loved. With a calm home, a confident canine companion, and lots of kindness, we hope she will gradually grow in confidence and begin to enjoy all the comforts of family life.

She has a travel document.
