  • Human family requirements

I can live with older, dog savvy teenagers, aged 13+ who respect my space.

  • Other pet requirements

I need a doggy friend in my new home. I haven’t met cats so I’m unsure.

  • House and garden requirements

I'd like a secure garden to potter around in.

  • Out and about requirements

I haven't tried walks yet, a secure garden will be fine for now.

  • Training needs

Please be patient with me, I haven’t lived in a home before.

  • Medical issues

06-08-26 Querty is a lovely lady who has come into our care from a breeder in search of a new start. She is trying her very best to be brave but is still quite apprehensive of people. Although she is unsure, Querty will quietly seek out a little fuss and attention, showing us that she has some confidence waiting to emerge.

Querty gets on wonderfully with her kennel friends and relies on their company for comfort, so she will need a kind resident dog in her new home to help guide her and give her the reassurance she needs as she settles in and finds her paws.

As Querty has never lived in a home before, she will need to learn all about house training, lead training, and the other basics of home life. Her new family will need to be patient and understanding, allowing her to adjust at her own pace and celebrate every little milestone along the way. She can live with older, dog-savvy teens, aged 13+ who will allow her time to settle in at her own pace. Her adopters will need to have experience with ex-breeders to understand her needs.

Querty is a sweet, gentle girl who is already showing glimpses of the lovely companion she could become. With the support of a friendly canine friend and a calm, patient family, we hope she will continue to grow in confidence and enjoy everything that a loving home has to offer.

Querty has arrived with trauma to her left eyelid which has left her eye constantly weepy.

She has a travel document.
