Martha
07-08-26 Martha is a stunning girl who has come to us from a breeder in search of a new start. She is a little apprehensive at first, but once she feels comfortable she really enjoys a gentle fuss and begins to relax. Martha is still adjusting to all the changes around her, so she will need kind adopters who are happy to let her settle at her own pace.
Martha gets on wonderfully with her kennel friends and relies on their company for comfort, so she will need a kind resident dog in her new home to help guide her and give her the reassurance she needs as she settles in and finds her paws. She can live with older, dog-savvy children who allow her time to settle in. But she is so sweet, this shouldn't take her long.
As Martha has never lived in a home before, she will need to learn all about house training and the other basics of home life. Her new family will need to be patient and understanding while she learns that home life can be safe and enjoyable. She already walks well on a lead and would love to continue this in her new home, and go on plenty of adventures!
Martha is a lovely, gentle girl with so much potential. With the support of a friendly canine companion and a calm, patient family, we hope she will continue to grow in confidence and enjoy everything that a loving home has to offer.
Martha has had to have an extensive dental while in our care and has had most teeth extracted with only a few teeth remaining, so would benefit from a soft food diet moving forward.
She has a travel document.
