08-08-26 Horatio is a wonderful boy who has come to us from a breeder and is now looking for a loving home of his own. He is a very chilled, gentle little lad who is easy to handle and has a lovely, laid-back nature. Although he is calm and affectionate, Horatio does lack confidence and will be looking for a family who can help him discover that the world isn't such a scary place.

Horatio will need at least one kind and confident resident dog in his new home who he can look to for reassurance as he settles into family life. Having a canine companion by his side will help him build confidence and learn all about being a much-loved pet. He can live with older, dog-savvy and sensible children who allow him time to settle in.

As Horatio has never lived in a home before, his adopters will need to help him learn all the basics, including house training and walking on a lead. To begin with, he may prefer gentle explorations around a secure garden while he settles into his new surroundings before progressing to walks when he feels ready.

Horatio is a truly lovely boy with the sweetest temperament and will be a dream come true for any Cavalier lover. All he needs is a patient and understanding home where he can build his confidence, feel safe and secure, and enjoy all the love and comfort he has missed out on.
